Una hora después me presenté a comprar el producto y el caballero que atendía el mostrador en cuanto le solicité me dijo que no había en existencia, al momento de decirle que cómo era posible que un rato antes hubieran revisado experiencias y me hubieran dicho que había, fue a revisar y entonces me vendió el producto. Es lamentable el desinterés con el que los encargados atienden porque ni siquiera saben que existencias de productos tienen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi experiencia no fue positiva la atención fue amable, llame para pedir información sobre un producto y saber si realizaban entregas a domicilio y si tenía un costo extra o un monto mínimo de compra, me contestaron que no, por lo que pedí mi producto y solicite lo llevarán a mi trabajo el cual está a 4 min de la sucursal, a pesar de la corta distancia no podía salir de mi trabajo para personalmente hacer la compra, entonces acordé con la vendedora la compra de mi producto a las 3:00 de la tarde y no llegó, llame más tarde y me dijeron que lo enviarían, finalmente no entregaron mi producto, el que no llegarán y no fueran honestos sobre si podrían entregarlo resultó molesto ya que tuvo repercusiones en mis actividades.
