★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo bueno: El lugar permanece surtido y su horario de atención es adecuado. Se encuentra en una zona de fácil acceso considerando el tráfico del centro de Tianguistenco
Lo malo: Si se desea realizar una compra de gran volumen que requiera transportar en un vehículo, el establecimiento cuenta con lugares de estacionamiento limitados que comparte con negocios aledaños. A unos cuantos metros está el estacionamiento de super Kompras que sirve como apoyo a este establecimiento sin embargo es una distancia considerable al momento de transportar gran volumen de productos
Lo peor: Si bien (en este momento) la siguiente afirmación no aplica para todo el personal, la mayoría (vendedores y cajera) presenta una muy mala actitud de servicio. Me tocó ver y experimentar maltrato al consumidor (desde negación de un servicio hasta ofensas verbales y tono de voz elevado) es notoria una deficiencia de capacitación en el personal que les lleva a cometer errores posteriormente negados adjudicando los mismos al cliente. Incluso me tocó ver que no se brinda apoyo para transportar artículos pesados aunque éstos pertenezcan a damas o a compradores cuyas condiciones de salud les dificulte esta tarea.
En general bien por la franquicia, mal por el personal que actualmente labora ahí.
 The good: The place remains stocked and its hours of operation are adequate. It is located in an easily accessible area considering the traffic in the center of Tianguistenco
The Bad: If you want to make a high-volume purchase that requires transporting in a vehicle, the establishment has limited parking spaces that it shares with nearby businesses. A few meters away is the super Kompras parking lot that serves as support to this establishment, however it is a considerable distance when transporting a large volume of products
The worst: Although (at this time) the following statement does not apply to all staff, the majority (salespeople and cashier) have a very bad service attitude. I had to see and experience abuse of the consumer (from denial of a service to verbal offenses and high tone of voice). It is notorious a lack of training in the staff that leads them to make errors later denied by assigning them to the client. I even had to see that support is not provided to transport heavy items even if they belong to women or buyers whose health conditions make this difficult for them.
In general, good for the franchise, bad for the staff that currently works there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soy cliente frecuente de la tienda, y esta misma cuenta con todos los productos que ofrece, el establecimiento se encuentra muy bien ubicado,ya que se encuentra apartado del trafico dando facil acceso ya que cuenta con estacionamiento.
Los servicios que ofrece son muy buenos:
Atencion al cliente: ya que cuenta con personal capacitado para brindarte el apoyo y ofrecerte el producto adecuado,ademas cuentas con el apoyo de este mismo para llevar tus articulos hasta tu vehiculo.
Servicio a domicilio: cuando vas a adquirir gran cantidad de producto la tienda te ofrece este servicio sin ningun costo adicional en tiempo en tiempo y forma.

Felicitaciones al concecionario y empleados sigan con la buena calidad de servicio que ofrecen

En lo personal recomendaría mucho la sucursal a toda persona que quiera acudir a ella ... Se llevará una buena impresión en toda la extensión de la palabra.
