X	XOCHITL VIZCARRA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui hoy por 2 cubetas de pintura, la atención fue personalizada y muy eficaz, sobre todo porque no sé nada de materiales, me orientaron, vendieron lo necesario para mi trabajo y me ayudaron a llevarlo a mi auto, excelente servicio a cliente y muy amable el chico del mostrador. Definitivamente, vale la pena ir. Pueblo nuevo y el personal de mostrador identificado como:07 no fue amable conmigo al pedirme que me saliera de la tienda porque no podían estar mas 2 personas por familia . simplemente con mal modo te dice que te salgas . Le explique que yo pagaría la mercancía y me salí en lo que se hacia el pedido y después regrese nuevamente a pagar y me volvió a sacar . Le exprese que ya le había explicado que yo haría el pago y me digo que esas eran las reglas. Considero que todos sabemos de las medidas sanitarias que tenemos que tener, pero le comente que si era así deberían de tener mas cuidado porque ni el gel antibacterial servía y que si le asignaban la tarea de estar en el mostrador deberían de decirle como invitar al cliente de las medidas que se están tomando, no sacarlo de esa manera grosera. Ese tipo de trabajadores deben de tener claro lo que es servicio al cliente. La verdad no me quedaron ganas de regresar a su tienda, no por el precio ni el producto , si no por el personal.
