Terrible service they give you current paint as premium, and your purchase receipt gives you a quote arguing that they have no system

Ofrecen una visita, queda programada con anticipación, llega el día y no se presentan ni llaman, se les llama y reprograman para el mismo día en la tarde, y por 2 ocasión aparte de no presentarse, responden con tal grosería e informalidad de no pudieron por exceso de trabajo. Entonces porqué ofrecerte al cliente un servicio que no pueden dar. Que pena de negocio!
Terrible attention! They offer a visit, it is scheduled in advance, the day arrives and they do not show up or call, they are called and rescheduled for the same day in the afternoon, and for 2 occasions apart from not showing up, they respond with such rudeness and informality that they could not due to overwork. So why offer the customer a service that they cannot give. What a shame of business!

I don't give less because I can't, the service is supposed to be at the level of @ppg and the manager I think is the one with the worst attitude, it's sad how one person lowers your sales
