★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio al cliente. Hoy domingo 04 de octubre 2020 por la mañana, fui a comprar pintura. Solo están dejando entrar 1 persona a la tienda por la contingencia, como debe ser. El punto es que tienes que hacer fila, pero no respetan el orden. Me queje con el encargado y le valió. Que deja pasar al que está pegado a la puerta y no le importa si llegaste antes o te colaste a la fila. Cero criterio y al parecer en esa tienda no les importa la opinión del cliente.
El gerente de esa sucursal debería capacitar a su personal. No me vuelvo a parar ahí.
Terrible customer service. Today Sunday October 4, 2020 in the morning, I went to buy paint. They are only letting 1 person into the store for the contingency, as it should be. The point is that you have to queue, but they don't respect the order. I complained to the manager and it was worth it. Who lets in the one who is glued to the door and does not care if you arrived earlier or skipped the line. Zero criteria and apparently in that store they don't care about the customer's opinion.
The manager of that branch should train his staff. I'm not stopping there again.
