★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, te venden el articulo y no te dan nota, tienes que ir a pedirla ya que despues no te hacen valida la misma, la vendedora que te contacto, no te da una solucion, dicen que es por una mala instalacion y ellos son los que realizan la instalacion, el encargado de la tienda hasta parece que se burla de uno, muy mala desicion el haber comprado un articulo con ustedes!!!, adjunto evidencia de su supuesto trato al cliente, para que despues no digan que ellos solucionan todo y son perfectos, porque los echos son otros, desde que compre el equipo estuvo fallando desde la primera semana ya lleva meses asi, y estuve insistiendo y no solucionaron nada, ni el supuesto encargado que se menciona en comentarios anteriores, mi conexion esta bien ya que fue rectificada por más de 3 tecnicos, al final obte por contratar a un tecnico externo que reparara el clima, que por cierto compre nuevo, ya que el que dice ser encargado jamas soluciono nada, no es un lugar recomendado para comprar.
(Y si, la tienda termino dando la nota, porque se les tuvo que ir a pedir, ya que no me querian dar la nota, porque dicen que no es necesario para hacer valida la garantia, garantia que no hicieron valida, ACLARO TODO ya que el supuesto encargado solo se lava las manos diciendo que da solucion a todo, la evidencia esta puesta, algunas fotos ya no son visibles porque cambie de celular, pero se muestra la fecha que adquiri el producto y cuantas veces me comunique con ellos para notificarles el fallo).
