★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personal atento, lo cual es de esperarse... 1 hora para que 4 personas pasaran antes de mi, 10 minutos de atención amable. 7 mostradores de atención general, solamente 2 o 3 funcionando. Para que sus indicadores se vean bien en cuanto atención, el vigilante te da tu turno justo antes de que pases a mostrador.
 Attentive staff, which is to be expected... 1 hour for 4 people to pass before me, 10 minutes of friendly attention. 7 general service counters, only 2 or 3 working. So that their indicators look good in terms of attention, the security guard gives you your turn just before you go to the counter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hay facilidad de acceso para llegar a estas instalaciones en transporte público y también cuenta con estacionamiento. El lugar es limpio, bonito y pequeño, actualmente solo se permite la entrada a la persona que requiere el apoyo/servicio, por lo que si vas acompañado te deben esperar afuera.
Por último, el personal es atento y eficiente, sin embargo el servicio de internet desde mi experiencia es pésimo.
There is easy access to reach these facilities by public transport and it also has parking. The place is clean, nice and small, currently only the person who requires the support / service is allowed in, so if you are accompanied they must wait for you outside.
Lastly, the staff is attentive and efficient, however the internet service from my experience is appalling.
