★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me ofrecieron cambiar de Telmex a izzi con un pago mensual de $380. Lo que no me dijeron era que tenía que mantener el mismo número y entonces quedó en $550 con 3 tv's. Al término del primer año (hace 3 meses) me quedé con 2 tv's y una mensualidad de $650 y ahora me llegó el pago por $690 sin ningún aviso ni razón. Me he tratado de comunicar para aclararlo y no hay aclaraciones ni por teléfono, ni por internet. MUCHO CUIDADO, NO CUMPLEN Y NO HAY MANERA DE ACLARAR NADA.

Me agrada mucho el nivel de atención que tiene el personal que te atiende, las cajeras, los guardias de seguridad.
Disipan todas tus dudas.
El call center de Izzi de igual manera porque siempre contesta alguien de manera inmediata, sobre todo le dan el seguimiento a cualquier queja o situación ya sea con tu cable o internet.
La sucursal que está dentro del pasaje Bellavista es pequeña, Pero de igual manera hay cajero para pagar tu servicio.
Te atienden todos muy amable desde que
llegas.
