★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ahora con las máquinas de pago está mucho mejor el proceso, los costos han aumentado y el servicio sigue quedando a deber, el internet es intermitente, no es asimétrico ni cuenta con óptica.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, hice contrato desde octubre 2021 y el tecnico solo me colgo de otro vecino, tenia problemas con la velocidad del internet, el tecnico movio el cable de telmex y atoro el cable en la tuberia, y sin decir nada solo se colgo del vecino, en enero perdi señal ya que el vecino se dio cuenta y me desconecto, llame al servicio tecnico y vinieron tres tecnicos y no pudieron conectarme, ya habia pagado mi mensualidad, y el ultimo tecnico me dijo que el supervisor me llamaria, para esta ya pasaron 5 dias , nadie se comunicaba, fui a la oficina para reclamar y cancelar el servicio, segun tenia contrato por un año, pero desde el inicio del servicio nunca lo instalaron correctamente y yo pagando un servicio completo. Deje el equipo, y cancelamos el servicio, la persona que nos atendio muy amable pero no nos regreso ningun centavo, a pesar que nunca se dio el servicio completo, muy mala experencia, muy mal servicio, y ladrones!.. lamentable...
