★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy malo tuve un daño por tormenta en mi equipo y llevo 5 días sin servicio, todo a razón de que una empleada me dio mal la fecha de visita y yo no estuve cuando vinieron los técnicos y después de eso es momento que no han dado seguimiento a mi caso.

Y me dicen que es por un cambio de paquete, pero que el pago de $840 no procedía debido a que mi paquete anterior era en HD y solo fue una mejora, pregunté si no había ningún problema si no emitía el pago y la cajera me dijo que no, debido a que lo mandaron a ajustar y que no había ningún inconveniente. Esto fue el día 16/10/2020 y el día 19/10/2020 me cortaron el cable e internet. Regrese a la sucursal el día miércoles y me dicen que sigue en trámite mi ajuste de pago. Sin darme una solución debido a que a principios de mes tengo que pagar por un paquete el cual no tengo y los mensajes a mi número personal son todos los días para cobrar un pago el cual según no procede.
