Cuando va el instalador a tu casa te dice que no hay cobertura y tienes que andar buscando donde te hagan la devolución de TU DINERO!!! A mí me dijeron que harían una excepción al regresarme el dinero......muy mal servicio de todos en general, tanto de la vendedora que me vendió el internet sin saber las zonas de cobertura, como el supervisor de la sucursal donde me devolvieron el dinero comentando que ese no era su trabajo (las ventas) y que no quejara con el....
Some sellers do not know the coverage by zones and have you open your account. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Creo que es pésimo el servicio! Yo hice la contratación de mi servicio, me cobraron y lo peor fue que al momento de instalar resultó que no había cobertura y ahora debo pasar por el dinero que porque siempre no!
Sería bueno que revisen sus protocolos de instalación y primero chequen si tienen cobertura antes de cobrar!

Su horario estipulado para abrir y cerrar no lo respetan, e ido 20 minutos antes del cierre y ya estaba cerrado o no me quieren atender.
The service is good but this specific facility is terrible to clarify or go to pay.
Their stipulated opening and closing hours are not respected, and I left 20 minutes before closing and it was already closed or they don't want to attend to me.
