En las instalaciones del centro de la av. Juárez.. ahí nó tengo ninguna queja..
En el que se encuentra (dentro) de la (Mega) que se ubica en constituyentes.. Las cajeras son muy tardadas.. observan mucho el celular y suelen ser groseras... Por lo regular..
Por éso mismo voy hasta la de la av. Juárez.. viviendo Yo en la colonia las flores..
Pero en cuanto al servicio.. es un asco.. porque quitan canales reemplazando por otros sin avisar y pues destantean.. ya no sabes cuáles son las películas y cuáles las series eso en el mosaico de (películas) y misma situación con el mosaico de (entretenimiento)
Y luego nó hay servicio de (televisión) y tardan en un chingo en reestablecer el servicio y pues sin internet y sin televisión.. y para lo caro que está el servicio..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para arreglar un problema, dicen k no hay problema registrado en su computadora y simplemente mandan un "reinicio" y que si no queda regreses para levantar un servicio técnico a donde t visitaran en horario de 9-15 osea que hay que quedarse sin señal mínimo 24 horas para ser atendido .....pero eso si ya cuando esta arreglado el problema t marcan 4 veces para confirmar que ya todo esta bien
