Servicios de super mala calidad a precios de primera.
Te prometen megas y no te dan ni la mitad, después para no compensar monetariamente los días sin servicio te dicen que hay fallas en toda tu zona!! Definitivamente no lo recomiendo.
Además la gente de esta oficina no sabe dar respuesta a los inconvenientes. Y los del callcenter te tratan como si les estuvieras pidiendo un favor, como que lo que pagas no es suficiente para que te den un buen servicio.
De verdad que yo ya solo estoy esperando que llegue alguna empresa diferente a izzi y a Telmex por qué aquí en Lagos de estas dos no se hace una.

Super poor quality services at top prices.
They promise you megabytes and they don't give you even half, then in order not to compensate monetarily for the days without service they tell you that there are failures in your entire area !! I definitely do not recommend it.
In addition, the people in this office do not know how to respond to problems. And the callcenter treats you as if you were asking them for a favor, like what you pay is not enough to give you good service.
I'm really just waiting for a company other than izzi and Telmex to arrive, why isn't one of these two here in Lagos?
