★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No tienen idea para el cambio de controles. Te dan uno que no es compatible con el decodificador que tienes y debes regresar a cambiarlo
En respuesta a la respuesta de izzi. Justo me presenté con el control anterior y si agente me aseguro que el que me entregaba servía para mí decodificador
They have no idea for the change of controls. They give you one that is not compatible with the decoder you have and you have to return to change it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No respetan los acuerdos y encima te cobran lo que ya había cambiado el paquete básico y al ir a aclaración se montan en su macho(necesidad) y así no se puede,mal la atención y conveniencia para no perder su $$ sin pensar el cliente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estan cobrando demas si pagas el dia de termino de pago te estan cobrando la reinstalacion y si pagas un dia despues el importe de la reintalacion te cobran otros 100 pesos mas
Se quieren hacer ricos con sus malvesaciones de los dias de pago si te dicen antes del 22 y si pagas el 21 ya te estan cobrando la reinstalacion eso se llama rateros, lastima de servicio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a entregar mi equipo para cancelar el servicio, y fue todo un problema. Decían que ellos no me podían recibir mi equipo, y que debía regresar otro día para continuar con la cancelación. Solo perdí tiempo y nada se solucionó. Espero pronto mejore ??
I went to deliver my equipment to cancel the service, and it was quite a problem. They said that they could not receive my equipment, and that I had to come back another day to continue with the cancellation. I just wasted time and nothing got fixed. I hope it gets better soon ??
