★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala atención con fallas constantes y sin dar pronta solución. El servicio en ocasiones funciona pero cuando llegas a tener alguna falla el equipo de soporte y las visitas técnicas son muy tardadas con poco interés en atender tus problemas.
Bad attention with constant failures and without giving prompt solution. The service sometimes works but when you have a fault, the support team and technical visits take a long time with little interest in addressing your problems.

They treated me reluctantly and when they realized that I was going to cancel they kept me waiting for extra time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio. El cajero falla casi todos los días y cuando funciona no tiene feria para entregar. No te solucionan tus problemas y tienes que aguantar los cambios de precio sin previo aviso.
Bad service. The cashier fails almost every day and when it works there is no fair to deliver. They do not solve your problems and you have to put up with price changes without prior notice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una atención al cliente algo deficiente pero cumplen con su trabajo que es atender, fui por que llamaba al soporte técnico de izzi tenia 2 días sin Internet y me decían que era una falla general ahora que voy a las instalaciones de izzi a quejarme de por que no han hecho nada me doy cuenta que no hay ningún fallo en mi zona y que me estuvieron mintiendo por teléfono esas personas de soporte tecnico
Somewhat deficient customer service but they do their job, which is to attend, I went because I called izzi technical support, I had 2 days without Internet and they told me that it was a general failure now that I go to the izzi facilities to complain about why They haven't done anything, I realize that there is no fault in my area and that those technical support people were lying to me on the phone
