Deben tener cuidado al comprar un paquete o cambiar de paquete, al hacer esto tendrás que estar con ellos 1 año, si no lo haces pagarás un retroactivo por darte de baja.
El personal fue amable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamento poner sólo está calificación, sólo funcionaban 3 módulos en el momento que fuí, de por lo menos 7 que están a la vista, y ver parado al personal 2 o 3 en la entrada sin hacer nada más que preguntar "a qué viene?" Es en serio? 2-3 empleados sólo para eso? Entiendo las medidas covid pero ya estamos en una etapa dónde se puede tener más personal atendiendo lo que realmente importa: pasar con un ser humano a arreglar mía problemas de servicio, por qué por teléfono es más complicado y terminé acudiendo a la sucursal, no es malo el servicio, aclaro, pero si es desesperante estar esperando una fila al exterior y ver qué el personal está sin hacer gran cosa que platicar entre ellos

I understand the covid measures but we are already at a stage where you can have more staff attending to what really matters: going with a human being to fix my service problems, because by phone it is more complicated and I ended up going to the branch, it is not the service is bad, I clarify, but it is exasperating to be waiting in line outside and see what the staff is doing without doing much to talk to each other
