B	Brenda Rodrìguez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llamé al 800 donde me indicaron que para el cambio de un equipo debía ser en sucursal , llegó a esta, pésimo servicio desde el guardia que esta en la puerta y porsupuesto la srita. Del mostrador , no me hicieron el cambio del equipo hasta que fuera un técnico a mi domicilio, pero que ese mismo dia estarían marcando para dicha vista , a lo cual no fue así , vuelvo a llamar al 800 y resulta que nunca se generó ningún reporte y que tal vez en una semana puedan pasar pues había mucha carga de trabajo , pero que tal para cobrar para eso no se tardan una semana. Pésimo servicio en todo lo que ofrecen, de que no hay señal de internet no hay telefonía o tv. Y servicio técnico menos .
