★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala atención del servicio del área técnica desde el 18 estoy reportando una falla en unas piezas del módem y caja de la televisión y nada que acuden hablo a reportar y me dicen todos diferente información y aquí estoy esperando al técnico q según acudirá sin poder hacer ningún otro pendiente por esperar porq obvio se necesita el servicio. Y nada. Osea que poco les importan sus cliente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parece oficina de gobierno, Hay un burocratismo y exceso de normas, y trámites, todas las empleada son especialistas, cada una únicamente se dedica a realizar un solo trámite, y cuando no pueden resolver el problema la solución que te sugieren es que hables por teléfono al número de atención al cliente, (aunque hay una persona físicamente que tiene esa función), hablas al número telefónico y te sugieren regreses a la oficina, total se echan la pelota unos a otros y no resuelven nada. Imagínate que estuvieran sindicalizadas.
It looks like a government office, there is bureaucracy and an excess of regulations, and procedures, all the employees are specialists, each one is only dedicated to carrying out a single procedure, and when they cannot solve the problem, the solution they suggest is that you talk on the phone to the customer service number, (although there is a person physically who has that function), you speak to the telephone number and they suggest you return to the office, they totally throw the ball at each other and they do not solve anything. Imagine if they were unionized.
