★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no sé si fue porque fui media una hora antes de que cerraran un sábado pero me atendieron con las patas, todos, desde la persona que está en la entrada, los vendedores y los cajeros. Primero llegue a hacer un trámite de cambio de domicilio me pidieron copia de comprobante de dom cuando les dije que se los podía enviar en digital, me dijeron que no que necesitaba la copia. me hicieron ir a sacar copias cuando ellos ahí tienen impresoras. Después fui con mis copias y me dijeron que necesitaban el original porque lo escanean ? y no quisieron hacerme el trámite porque no llevaba el comprobante original físico, me trataron de la peor manera, ademas la sucursal estaba poco presentable y todos los empleados cotorreando. la verdad pésimo servicio de esa sucursal. Hasta ganas de cancelar el servicio me dan.

They even want to cancel the service.

Desde que llegue había clientes molestos, de verdad muy molestos, la actitud de los empleados de mostrador lejos de mostrar empatía y tratar de llegar a una solución, sus palabras eran hasta agresivas.
En lo personal cancele por tener más de 1 semana sin servicio y sin que me solucionen, además de que pague esa semana sin servicio, perdí HORAS en su centro de atención telefónica, y recursos para poder suplir el servicio que me aseguraban "ese mismo día quedaba".
Si yo fuera el único molesto podría entenderlo, pero de verdad cliente que entraba cliente que o estaba molesto o ahí lo hacían molestar.
