Cuando llamamos para reportar este problema en unos casos no nos decian nada util, y en otros decian que habia un problema en mi zona, el cual si existe, no ha sido arreglado en un año. Tambien quisimos pedir un modem distinto porque pensabamos que tal vez ese era el problema, y cada que haciamos cita para que lo cambiaran, simplemente cambiaban la fecha y hora cuando les daba la gana y como unico aviso una sola llamada de un numero de otro estado. No quiero una disculpa, quiero que arreglen su pesimo servicio y que mejoren su incompetente atencion al cliente.
