★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buenas instalaciones en donde se respetan las medidas de higiene y seguridad debido a la pandemia. El servicio de cable es bueno pero tiende a fallar regularmente, aunque he de decir que siempre que reporto atienden de manera rápida. La única queja es que en algunas ocasiones suben los precios sin darte explicaciones pero por lo menos si te avisan con tiempo.
Good facilities where hygiene and safety measures are respected due to the pandemic. The cable service is good but it tends to fail regularly, although I have to say that whenever I report they respond quickly. The only complaint is that on some occasions the prices go up without giving you explanations, but at least if they give you advance notice.

Training is needed for the collection area personnel on customer service concepts. Also, their system / program / software they use is very slow or unresponsive

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención al cliente es pésima. Así como su servicio y soporte técnico. Comparto mi mala experiencia como excliente de izizi. Ya que 2 meses nunca tuve servicio. Pero los cargos automáticos. Eran puntuales. Se les pedía soporte técnico. Y solo daban instrucciones de resetear el módem en lugar de mandar a un técnico a revisar su cableado externo. Pero eso sí. Los cobros estaba puntuales ala tarjeta de crédito. Po eso me ví en a necesidad de acudir. A cancelar el servicio. En lo personal. No recomiendo caer en lo engaños d.contratar ni tv ni internet. Con esta empresa mañosa. Perteneciente a cable visión propiedad de los rateros de televisa.
Customer service is lousy. As well as its service and technical support. I share my bad experience as a former client of izizi. Since 2 months I never had service. But automatic charges. They were punctual. Technical support was requested. And they only gave instructions to reset the modem instead of sending a technician to check its external wiring. But yes. The charges were punctual to the credit card. That's why I saw the need to go. To cancel the service. Personally. I do not recommend falling for the tricks of contracting or TV or internet. With this crafty company. Belonging to cable vision owned by televisa thieves.
