★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio, la línea telefónica permanece durante días sin servicio; el control de la caja del cable consume pilas de forma exagerada y se observa que su calidad es mediocre; cuando hay fallas en el servicio, no atienden las líneas telefónicas de atención o soporte técnico; el servicio de la App, tampoco ayuda mucho puesto que en los chats no resuelven los problemas y al enviar las solicitudes de queja, tampoco resuelven nada; encima de todo, la recepcionista del módulo de Pabellón de Arteaga es descortés y dudo que posea la capacidad para estar al frente de la atención solicitada por los usuarios, ya que no aclara nada y es de trato cortante... ¡Ni hablar, demasiado costoso para lo que en realidad ofrecen!
