★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, mala organización para el acceso . El personal platicando y la fila interminable. La información no es precisa, lo cual hace que no puedas resolver en el momento. Y todo pasa pierdes mucho tiempo y no arreglamos nada.

Vengo por dos cosas, que me cambien la dirección de Izzi Móvil para que coincida con la de Izzi, cosa que es imposible que hagan. Tras su petición de repetidas conexiones a la aplicación móvil, cambio de contraseña, etc. ahora mi cuenta de la aplicación móvil está totalmente bloqueada, y para ellos, ninguna explicación posible que dar.
El segundo motivo de mi visita fue abrir una segunda línea telefónica de Izzi movil, con portabilidad de número. Después de dar toda la información necesaria (número a conservar, PIN, etc) me doy cuenta 5 días después que el número no se conservó y que no activaron la portabilidad en la tienda, tuve que llamar por teléfono para conseguir un servicio eficiente.
En resumen, es difícil encontrar gente más incompetente y espero no tener que volver a visitar esta tienda.

The second reason for my visit was to open a second Izzi mobile phone line, with number portability. After giving all the necessary information (number to keep, PIN, etc.) I realize 5 days later that the number was not kept and that portability was not activated in the store, I had to call to get an efficient service.
In short, it's hard to find more incompetent people and I hope I never have to visit this store again.
