Solo se reporta que están trabajando para solucionarlo pero no existe alguna posibilidad de poder comunicarse para atención a clientes. For 6 hours the service has been failing. It is only reported that they are working to solve it but there is no possibility of being able to communicate for customer service.

La atención al cliente súper tardada y no dejan que canceles el servicio, ponen muchas excusas baratas y fuera de las clausulas. En fin no lo recomiendo en lo absoluto Terrible service! En ningún lugar piden eso para facturar, son tus datos fiscales y punto. Muy mal! I went to make a change of owner and for the billing change they ask for proof of tax status from the SAT! Nowhere do they ask for that to bill, it's your tax data and period. Very badly!

Mejor hablen al 800 y corrobore lo que le digan. 80% talk and 20% serve customers. And what a shame because it wasn't like that before. And they give wrong information for cancellations.
