★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención del personal es buena. Sin embargo, cuando se desea hacer una aclaración o reclamación, tienden a responsabilizar al cliente. Ojalá y ellos tratarán de darle su importancia a los suscriptores de sus servicios. Por mi parte, resolvieron mis situación aunque fue mucho tiempo de espera.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimoo!! servicio, cuando uno quiere dejar el módem te hacen el cuento largo e indican que ellos no pueden recibir por qué no pertenecen a la zona. Cuando uno ya hablo a su centro de atención y te indican que pueden hacer la entrega del modem en cualquier sucursal.
Aaaa pero si vas hacer contratación o pagos eso sí lo realizan aunque no pertenezcan a la zona

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, mienten en la velocidad según contrate 30 megas de velocidad y me dan 15 y el Internet se va seguido una o dos veces por semana, me he quedado sin servicio de Internet y teléfono por dos días seguidos, no lo recomiendo mejor cancelen yo lo cancelo el día de hoy, le doy una estrella, porque no hay para darle cero estrellas, osea la más baja y peor de todas las calificaciones que que puedan tener una empresa de telecomunicaciones y servicios de telefonía e Internet
