★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es pésima, son groseros y están de muy mal humor. Y el servicio técnico es peor, ya son tres días que me hacen faltar a mi trabajo y no vienen a cambiar sus aparatos. Tengo cámaras de seguridad donde confirman que jamas han venido. Arrepentida de contratarlos.

Pésimo servicio en texcoco centro; hace dos semanas se fue el servicio de internet 4 días seguidos, pasaron 2 semanas y ya es el segundo día sin internet. En atención al cliente te dicen bien frescos que es falla general y no hay nada por hace. Puedo entender el fallo de servicio por un día , o dos ...pero lo de ellos ya es verle la cara al cliente.
And it is one because there are no less than five stars. Lousy service in downtown Texcoco; two weeks ago the internet service went out 4 days in a row, 2 weeks passed and it is already the second day without internet. In customer service they tell you very fresh that it is a general fault and there is nothing to do. I can understand the failure of service for a day, or two ... but theirs is already seeing the customer's face.
