Aparte de ello, a la hora después de mi visita, me empezaron a generar cargos desconocidos a la tarjeta que tenía registrada con ellos.
Son unos rateros.
I visited the branch for cancellation of service, they do their best not to cancel you.
On top of that, an hour after my visit, they started charging me unknown charges to the card I had on file with them.
They are thieves.
