★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio , no solucionan los problemas de telefonía, te dan lineas líneas recicladas en donde todo el dia suena buscando a personas a las cuales les pertenecía la linea .

Tengo dos líneas de celular con ustedes y en una de ellas estoy recibiendo estorsiones en una de ellas y no cuentan con cambio de número por favor.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevo más de 4 años con izzi y apenas hace unos meses cancele contrato y me cambié a uno con puro internet. El internet va del asco fácil llevo 3 meses reportandolo y no dan solución pago 100 megas de internet y me dan menos de 10 megas y tengo pruebas y apresar de eso se siguen haciendo patos y en la sucursal no dan ayuda a este problema. Procederé legalmente si no dan solución a esto. Ya que venden algo y me dan mucho menos. Ni un solo técnico se ah parado aquí en ese tiempo y según lo van a mandar lo van a mandar y nada.
I've been with izzi for more than 4 years and just a few months ago I canceled my contract and switched to one with pure internet. The internet is disgustingly easy, I've been reporting it for 3 months and they don't provide a solution, I pay 100 megabytes of internet and they give me less than 10 megabytes and I have proof and they continue to do shit about it and at the branch they don't give help to this problem. I will proceed legally if they do not solve this. Since they sell something and give me much less. Not a single technician has stopped here in that time and depending on what they are going to send, they will send it and nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengo más de 20 años siendo cliente , primero Cablemás , ahora con izzi , fui a esta sucursal a dar de baja mis equipos viejos de Cablemás para obtener unos nuevos de izzi , y resulta que no es mío según la señorita y ahora tengo que pagar $1,300 , es un total atropello , injusto y se justifican diciendo este equipo está dado de baja desde hace tiempo , ????? Y luego quien lo dió de baja , contentan ¡NO SE! ??? que mal servicio
