★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, mienten en los contratos y no tienen cobertura en las regiones que ofrecen, Las devoluciones las mandan por vía correo electrónico y los pagos los piden inmediato pero la devolución de dinero quieren que esperen mas de 8 dias, por falta de fondos.... No recomiendo absolutamente nada de la compañia.

Fui a la sucursal de Plaza El Espinal en Orizaba Veracruz , y sí me lo hicieron pero el viernes pasado en la mañana me llegó un correo avisándome que ya se había hecho la portabilidad a mi teléfono pero con la sorpresa que hicieron una mezcla rara con mi contrato
y el de mi hija
en la CDMX, de manera que a mi teléfono le hicieron la portabilidad al celular de mi hija dejándola sin su teléfono usual , a mí me dejaron con el provisional y a mi esposa igualmente con el provisional . He ido en 3 ocasiones a la Sucursal con la señorita Paola quien me atendió desde un principio , para solicitar me normalicen los 3 teléfono y solamente me dice que en cualquier momento se normalizarán los teléfonos , sigo esperando me den solución y no lo han hecho en ninguno de los 3 teléfonos implicados en su error .

Les recomiendo que si ocupan realizar un trámite, como mínimo contemplen 2 horas sentados para ser atendidos..
