★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy lamentable el servicio haciendo fila de espera de atención Por 2 horas para dar de baja 2 módem por no usarlos pero todo cuestionan y al final me dicen que el corte de facturación era ese día 26 de agosto y que me cobrarían todavía el mes de septiembre a lo cuál no estuve de acuerdo pero sus tecnicas leoninas siempre las aplican y me lo cobraran a lo chino.
Muy lamentablemente su atención a clientes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llamé para reportar que no tenía servicio y nunca me contestó un operador solo su deficiente robot q nunca me dió respuesta a mi petición constantemente se va todo el servicio ojalá pueden solucionar esta situación si no en lo particular tendre que cambiar de compañía
