Lamentablemente, la empleada que trabaja en esta oficina es muy grosera. Por situaciones de trabajo, tuve que mudarme de residencia a otro estado, y el realizar el proceso de cancelación, ha sido fatal. No ha querido recibirme los equipos alegando que no estamos en fechas de cancelación/recepción.
Me comuniqué al 01 800 de Izzi y me dijeron que no habría problemas, que fuera y que mi contrato es apto para cancelación en este momento y me dieron un folio, el cual la empleada, una vez mas se mostró con una actitud muy negativa al negar la cancelación.
Si pueden contratar/dar de baja Izzi en otra sucursal, es mas recomendable a tener que lidiar con una persona así.

Unfortunately the clerk that works in this office is very rude. Due to work situations, I had to move residence to another state, and going through the cancellation process has been fatal. The equipment has not wanted to receive me, claiming that we are not on the cancellation / reception dates.
I contacted Izzi at 01 800 and they told me that there would be no problems, to go and that my contract is suitable for cancellation at this time and they gave me a page, which the employee once again showed a very negative attitude to deny cancellation.
If they can hire / terminate Izzi in another branch, it is more advisable to have to deal with such a person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio era bueno qué triste que desde hace 2 meses el servicio se volvió pésimo la recepcionista Miriam es super grosera y si no te das cuenta te cobra de más el mes pasado me cobró $90 de más y cuando le pregunté me contestó super grosera que si no me gustaba lo cancelara y este mes igual estaba cobrando de más solo que le llevamos el comprobante y ya no tuvo ningún argumento.
Además subieron los costos y no le avisaron a nadie pero el servicio se cae por días y eso no lo descuentan.
Totalmente desepcinada de la empresa creo que lo mejor es buscar otras opciones.
