Terrible attitude of the employees, they start talking to each other and they take a long time to serve customers and are very despotic and do not offer you solutions according to your needs

Siempre quieren tener la razón cobros indebidos y justifican su falta de falta de profesionalismo excusándose con cualquier pretexto más con los argumentos válidos no saben que hacer y van con los técnicos señal etc.etc.etc malos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta bien la atención y el lugar pero recomendaría que abrieran mas cajas, ya que siempre que vas a hacer una consulta o un pago siempre hay una fila extensa para entrar y el tiempo para ingresar es muy tardado además de que recomendaría que para cancelar servicios paquetes o cosas así no tenga que ser obligatoriamente ir a la sucursal ya que es algo molesto irte a formar casi media hora solo para cancelar algo tan simple
The attention and the place are good but I would recommend that they open more boxes, since whenever you are going to make a query or a payment there is always a long line to enter and the time to enter is very late in addition to that I would recommend that to cancel package services or things like that it does not have to be mandatory to go to the branch since it is somewhat annoying to go to form almost half an hour just to cancel something so simple
