En algunas visitas uno (o a veces hasta dos) cajero(s) está fuera de servicio. Una sola ocasión vi que una terminal no funcionaba (para pago con tarjeta). El sistema operativo que utilizan los cajeros tienden a ciclarse momentáneamente (me ocurrió en dos ocasiones: una cuando introduje una buena cantidad de monedas y otra cuando introduje billetes de alta denominación). Cuando fui a entregar el módem por cancelación/baja de servicio, la señora de a lado fue a solicitar que le dieran reembolso de los días restantes de su internet que ya no usará. Obvio no lo dijo así de claro, pero eso dio a entender, sin embargo la persona que le atendio no le explicó que eso no era posible, sino que solo siguió corriente y la señora se fue pensando que si no lo usa, no lo paga.
