Les falta mucha capacitación a todo su personal. Cada vez que voy a sucursal me ofrecen cambio de equipo, mejores paquetes, más Internet, etc, me han estado marcando a mi cel hasta 3 o 4 veces en un día y cuando me decidí a los cambios que me ofrecieron llega el técnico y me dice que lo único que tiene en su orden es cambiar las cajas por unas nuevas pero iguales a las que ya tengo (sin los cambios prometidos) luego marcó al 800 y no contestan y cuando por fin lo hicieron me dejaron colgado sin resolver nada! y cuando fui a la sucursal lo único que podían hacer es sacar cita con el tecnico para otro día, pero sin darme por escrito el servicio que estoy solicitando. Terrible service!!!! Lo que no me gusta es que aunque hay bastantes cajones para los autos, cómo son compartidos. En las horas pico, se batalla para encontrar dichos lugares para los autos.
