★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En general Izzi da una pésima atención, en sucursal x teléfono.... Y como aquí se comenta respuestas da muchas soluciones ninguna y menos donde tenga que ceder. A TODOS LOS USUARIOS LOS ESTÁN CAMBIANDO A SU FAMOSO SMART TV..... y nos dan una lava de información.... EL VICIO OCULTO AQUÍ ES QUE NO INFORMAN DE QUÉ LES VAN A QUITAR CANALES MÁS DE LA MITAD.... y cuando se da uno cuenta es x que ya firmo uno la instalación.... Izzi se ampara en eso... Por consecuencia si quieres tus canales favoritos de regreso ahora tienes que contratarlos....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me acabo de mudar y revisé con vecinos si llegaba el servicio ya que la sucursal está muy cerca y resulta que me cancelan xq comentan que no tienen cobertura en mi zona. Pésimo servicio de la sucursal. Recomiendo el que está en parque Lindavista.
I just moved and I checked with neighbors if the service arrived since the branch is very close and it turns out that they cancel me because they comment that they do not have coverage in my area. Terrible service from the branch. I recommend the one in Lindavista park.
