★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Llame para dar de baja por que me iba a cambiar de casa y no tenían cobertura donde yo me pasaba y pie ase supone que se había dado de baja. Cuando asísgo para entregar el módem me dicen que no se puede dar de baja por teléfono que nunca había llamado y que tal vez llama un call center y me cobraban casi mil pesos para la baja cuando todo está corriente en pagos. Y entras a google y ahí en la información viene que puedes dar de baja tu servicio por llamada, por medio de la página o presencial.
