★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal la atención, quiero cancelar y el personal solo me dice que acuda a sucursal de Coacalco en avenida Lopez Portillo, le pregunto la dirección y no la sabe, mejor un cliente que iba a cancelar me dijo yo vengo de aya le doy la dirección y le informo como llegar, la verdad dejan mucho que desear en cuanto al servicio, o será personal nuevo, por qué igual me decía que para cancelar eran 3mil pesos cuando ya me habían dicho la cantidad por teléfono y nada que ver, mal muy mal para izzi, no lo recomiendo por lo menos el de esta plaza no.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atención. Atienden muy rápido ya que hay muy poca afluencia de gente (ojala por eso no la quiten por que no hay otra sucursal por la zona). Resolvieron todas nuestras dudas. Satisfecha con el servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienda muy limpia, la persona que nos atendió muy atenta y amable, el trámite fue rápido, sin tanto problema siempre y cuando acudas con todo lo requerido para poder realizarlo, en lo general una buena experiencia.
Aquí aceptan los equipos cuando uno realiza la cancelación de servicio para que no vaya unos hasta plaza Satélite si viene de la zona norte
