★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los precios son accesibles y solo tienen dos empleadas eficientes, el problema es la falta de organización y la atención al cliente tanto presencial y vía telefónica( siempre te dicen espere se ponen a reir o a platicar y te dejan en la linea), siempre están platicando, comiendo o en una ocasión me hicieron esperar medía hora para atenderme sólo por que las señoras estaban viendo su catálogo de zapatos, para que te lleven tu pedido a domicilio siempre hay que volver a llamar para verificar que te lo van a llevar, no hay un encargado como tal.
The prices are accessible and they only have two efficient employees, the problem is the lack of organization and customer service both in person and by phone (they always tell you, wait, they start laughing or talking and they leave you on the line), they are always talking , eating or on one occasion they made me wait half an hour to attend me just because the ladies were looking at their shoe catalog, so that they take your order to your home you always have to call again to verify that they are going to take it to you, there is no a manager as such.
