El caldo de hongo y la pancita son deliciosas, más para el clima frío del lugar.
Las quesadillas con guisos tradicionales y las tortillas hechas a mano le dan un sabor muy bueno.
El ponche o café de olla muy recomendable.
Traditional meals at a very good price, are placed in front of the flag of the center of Huasca.
