Hay sandwich de pita muy rico y ahora le ponen germinado de lenteja. Los yogures son los mejores, con fruta natural y puedes pedir un smothie a tu gusto con los ingredientes que tienen. Venden pan pita y gomasio, hummus, granola casera y libre de gluten y cacahuates también. Hacen la mejor crema de cacahuate 100% natural. Tienen una extensa variedad de plantas medicinales para infusión, extractos vegetales, tónicos, jarabes, cremas, shampoos, pasta dental sin flúor y un maravilloso desodorante orgánico y sin tóxicos.
It is a very nice and warm little shop, run by the owners and there are 3 generations now. It is the first health food store in San Miguel de Allende and has a juice bar. There is a delicious pita sandwich and now they put lentil sprouts on it. The yogurts are the best, with natural fruit and you can order a smothie to your liking with the ingredients they have. They sell pita and gomasio bread, hummus, homemade granola, and gluten-free and peanut-free as well. They make the best 100% natural peanut butter. They have a wide variety of medicinal plants for infusion, plant extracts, tonics, syrups, creams, shampoos, fluoride-free toothpaste and a wonderful organic and non-toxic deodorant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This little pitstop is worth knowing about, and easy to walk right by. In the heart of old San Miguel, it has a good juice bar where you can also inexpensive get fruit salads and pita bread sandwiches as well as buying health food products, raw nuts, and so on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed Castor Oil for inflammation and I couldn’t find it anywhere. Dr. Ballenas recommended I stop by Genesis. The staff is helpful. They don’t have as many supplements as Dr. Yvette Maestas but this is a great shop to know about. Health food and supplements. It is easy to pass by it so I put an outside photo.
