★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una tienda con lo suficiente para surtir tu despensa o negocio, si tienen muy buenos precios, si vas a comprar por mayoreo te la recomiendo, los pasillos son amplios y no he tenido algún tipo de problema con su personal, cómo todo, posee área de mejora, su estacionamiento es amplio, con suficiente espacio si llevas un vehículo grande o camioneta, los carritos de supermercado igual a veces no son suficientes para la demanda qué posee, algo malo de la tienda es qué si quieres pagar con tarjeta se te cobra una comisión a tu cargo, debería ser que el establecimiento absorbiera el cobro pero no es así, de ahí en fuera creo es todo, también para comprar requieres membresía.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es raro que te den el peso correcto en el área de cremeria (pongo ejemplos de diferentes fechas y horarios) y eso que según tienen sus engomados de profeco. Si uno es afortunado y llegan a hacer caso y te dan una solución, seguramente pensarás si vale la pena perder tanto tiempo para ese tipo de soluciones. Ademas tienen mucho rote de personal y creo por eso el servicio deja mucho que desear. La mayoria de los trabajadores se les nota cansados, molestos, irritables que hasta lo trasmiten a los clientes. He dejado de comprar en esa tienda pero sé que en algún momento he de regresar a comprar por x situación y ojalá ya arreglen ese detalle de las basculas porque es molesto que a uno no le entreguen lo que está pagando de contado

En todos los departamentos hay falta de personal capacitado y una falta de productos en los pasillos.
En la zona de Cremeria en la tarde noche que no hay promotoras el personal de dicha área es muy lento y no saben sobre los productos, hay que venir con tiempo de sobra
