★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aveces como cliente trato de no ser vulgar déspota. Pero sus empleados aveces no te saben decir las cosas claras, ni por favor. Quiero pensar que como los tratan los Gerentes, los empleados tratan a los clientes.
 Sometimes as a customer I try not to be a vulgar despot. But your employees sometimes do not know how to say things clearly, or please. I want to think that as managers treat them, employees treat customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está muy bien surtida y bastante grande, aunque por fuera no se note, está bastante vacia de gente, por lo que es muy tranquila, el personal es amable y como está dentro de la plaza es relativamente fácil encontrar estacionamiento

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nada lujosa, pero tiene de todo con buenos precios, personal amable y venden tacos de moxote a la salida, deliciosos! (Este stand de tacos es del mismo Soriana). La plaza en donde está es pequeña y viejita, pero tiene buenas tiendas, una papelería que abre en domingos y un Sanborns! :)
Nothing fancy, but it has everything with good prices, friendly staff and they sell moxote tacos at checkout, delicious! (This taco stand is from Soriana itself). The square where it is is small and old, but it has good shops, a stationery that opens on Sundays and a Sanborns! :)

Muchas veces no hay nadie quién te apoye en la cocina y las cajas a veces son bastante lentas.
Mi sugerencia es tener una caja especial de puros pagos de servicios, recargas y demás.
Qué las cajas rápidas sí sean rápidas y que realmente se respeten los 15 artículos.
The service is fast, from time to time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Supermercado de buen tamaño y surtido. Cómo en todas las tiendas Soriana, siempre hay muy pocas cajas registradoras abiertas. Una estrella menos debido a que en la panadería el pan se exhibe sin protección y las moscas pululan. Requieren elevar sus estándares sanitarios.
Supermarket of good size and assortment. As in all Soriana stores, there are always very few cash registers open. One less star because in the bakery the bread is displayed without protection and the flies swarm. They need to raise their sanitary standards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día de hoy tuve un problema con el vigilante/portero de la entrada.
Entré a la tienda dejé mis cosas en paquetería y salí unos minutos con intensión de volver a comprar mis víveres. Tardé a lo mucho 10-15min en lo que fuí al Sanborns de la misma plaza... Al regresar a la tienda me recibe el portero este y me dice que lo siga y me dice que Soriana no se hace responsable por nada y que me llevara mis cosas de paquetería. Obviamente le refuté que todavía iba a pasar a comprar y que no era asunto suyo mis cosas.
Qué falta de educación del hombre este al dirigirse así a un cliente (porque sí pasé a comprar) además he comprado muchas veces ahí. Su letrero en paquetería no dice que lo que hice estuviera prohibido. Y cuàntas veces clientes van a dejar cosas, revisan precios o no se les antoja nada y no compran nada y se llevan sus cosas de paquetería, aún así creo que no está bien el trato del portero.
Today I had a problem with the guard / doorman at the entrance.
I went into the store, left my things in the parcel and went out for a few minutes with the intention of buying my groceries again. What lack of education of the man this when addressing a client like that (because I did go to buy) I have also bought many times there. Your parcel sign doesn't say what I did was prohibited. And how many times are clients going to leave things, check prices or do not fancy anything and do not buy anything and take their parcel things, even so I think that the treatment of the doorman is not good.
