No resolvió el problema por el que fuí y tenía una actitud pésima, lo peor fue que estando en la fila noté que se comportaba de esa manera no sólo conmigo, sino también con otras personas, y le hablaba a todo el mundo como si fuesen ignorantes y hasta gritando.
No es la primera vez que voy y ella siempre tiene la misma actitud, me parece que el servicio pierde mucho valor por el trato que se le da a los clientes.
