★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención y actitud de servicio, iba comprar unas playeras no pedirlas regaladas y la actitud de la encargada es pésima (ya una señora grande), no tenían varias playeras, la señora parece que tiene prisa en tomar el pedido y una estaba mal, quise corroborar tallas con la señora antes de que lo metiera en sistema y con actitud prepotente me dice que es lo que le pedí, siendo que no había pedido yo unas polo (aún si por error las había pedido) quería corroborar para que fueran las correctas y me dice la señora se las va a llevar o no, sino para que las meto en el sistema.
Aparte te cobran comisión por pago con tarjeta e IVA adicional. (Estos cargos no los hacen en la matriz de Viaducto ni en la sucursal de algarín).
Fui a esa sucursal porque las otras cierran temprano en viernes pero así no dan ganas de comprar ahí.

Besides, they charge you a commission for card payment and additional VAT. (These charges are not made at the Viaducto headquarters or at the Algarín branch).
I went to that branch because the others close early on Friday but that way you don't want to buy there.
