Qué pena por la cadena 3B, pero prefiero caminar unas cuadras más a la otra sucursal.
The place is not bad, but the attention is very bad, how unpleasant that there are such people, if they do not have the gift of service, that they go to another job ...

Buen precio!
Casi nunca tienen cambio!
Sólo les falta aceptar pagos con tarjeta y vender queso blanco (panela), Oaxaca y rayado para no tener que ir a la cremería.
Necesitan que el gerente de distrito mantenga las sucursales con suficiente cambio diariamente porque carecen mucho de éste y particularmente tengo que comprar en Tiendas Neto debido a que no tienen suficiente efectivo para cobrarme.
La administración necesita solucionar el problema del cambio de efectivo porque van a ir perdiendo clientes poco a poco y al parecer es un problema recurrente en las demás sucursales.
Me encanta comprar en Tiendas 3b pero con esos problemas, ellos mismos me están obligando a ir con la competencia.

They almost never have change!
They only need to accept card payments and sell white (panela), Oaxaca and striped cheese to avoid having to go to the cream shop.
They need the district manager to keep the branches with enough change on a daily basis because they lack much of it and I particularly have to shop at Tiendas Neto because they don't have enough cash to charge me.
The administration needs to solve the problem of cash change because they are going to lose customers little by little and it seems to be a recurring problem in the other branches.
I love shopping at 3b Stores but with these problems, they themselves are forcing me to go with the competition.

*Difícilmente tienen cambio por lo que termino llevando el dinero justo o dejando el producto y comprar en otro lugar. Pero me pasa lo mismo en otras sucursales de tiendas 3b por lo que considero que la falta de cambio es problema de la administración en general.
*Si despacharan quesos y carnes frías a pedido del cliente haría todas mis compras del día en ese lugar.
*Le doy solo 3 estrellas porque el problema del cambio es muy recurrente aún pagando con denominaciones bajas. Lo que me obliga a ir con la competencia.
*Necesitan surtir con suficiente cambio diariamente para evitar perder clientes por algo tan básico como es el tener cambio.

* They hardly have change so I end up taking just enough money or leaving the product and buying elsewhere. But the same thing happens to me in other branches of 3b stores, so I consider that the lack of change is a problem for the administration in general.
* If they shipped cheeses and cold meats at the customer's request, I would do all my purchases for the day in that place.
* I give it only 3 stars because the problem of change is very recurrent even when paying with low denominations. Which forces me to go with the competition.
* They need to supply enough change daily to avoid losing customers to something as basic as having change.
