★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen una muy buena atención, son muy atentos los cajeros y bien capacitados, por lo menos los que me atendieron el día de hoy 22 de dic. a las 4:30 hrs. no es muy grande la tienda pero tiene lo necesario para los imprevistos de casa como atún , galletas, jugos, jabón, shampoo etc... Lo puedo recomendar ampliamente, estaría exelente si tuvieran un horario más amplio, creo que tiendas 3B va por un muy buen camino a dar pelea a otras tiendas .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La "gerente" o encargada del establecimiento argumenta que no se puede realizar ni una devolución de producto. Mientras que los demás empleados y cajera gentilmente se ofrecieron para ello.
La gerente argumenta que no es política de 3B realizar cambios o devoluciones (sin salir de tienda con el producto), porque no es política de la tienda ademas el sistema no lo permite y "al rato todos van a querer devoluciones o cambios, sino es un chamgarro o tiendita de la calle".
Prepotente la señora "gerente"... Aunque cuando uno compra y ofrecen algún producto dicen: si no le parece el producto traiga lo y le devolvemos su dinero.
Qué incongruencia por parte de esta señora "gerente".
Después de 15 minutos de solicitar la devolución... Si se pudo realizar la devolución, simplemente no quería hacer su trabajo y atender al cliente.
