★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su sistema de logística es de lo peor, te dicen el día de la entrega y la hora y nunca llegan, el material se pagó al 100% tienes que volver a hablar te dicen otro día y otra hora y tampoco llega, es una falta de respeto para el cliente, tenerlo completamente detenido y en espera de cuando te quieran entregar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Estaba aun abierto y solo pregunte por el precio de una escalera y la señorita con geta me dice que ya no me lo puede dar por que termino su turno. No se si les pagan bien, que lo dudo pero que gente con educación. No contestan teléfonos.
Terrible service. It was still open and I only asked about the price of a ladder and the young lady with geta tells me that she can no longer give it to me because her shift is over. I do not know if they are paid well, I doubt it but that people with education. They don't answer phones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ni una estrella les doy, van dos veces que voy por necesidad y las dos veces me han tratado pésimo, me tuvieron esperando muchísimo tiempo, el personal no es amable y parece que te hacen un favor en venderte. Es mejor ir a otra tienda si hay oportunidad, yo alli no regreso pronto.

El almacén se toma todo el tiempo y te dejan esperando. Poco atentos con el cliente. Retraso en entrega del producto y falta de producto, no saben cuando les llega y tienes que estar llamando para hacer seguimiento a la entrega.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy poca gente atendiendo existe eun mostrador para 3 agentes sin embargo solo una chica atendiendo, el costo de policarbonato exageradamente caro una hoja de 1.89 x 6.10 la conseguí con factura en$2.761.00 ahí me la vendían en $3.387.00 gran diferencia.
