★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuentan con todo el producto nacional y extranjero pero muy mal el personal en general,nada que ver con el servicio y atención de antes o de la sucursal de Cd Azteca que lamentablemente cerraron.
Optamos por comprar en otro lado debido a la deficiencia de atención en el personal.
 They have all the national and foreign product but the staff in general is very bad, nothing to do with the service and attention from before or from the Cd Azteca branch that unfortunately closed.
We opted to buy elsewhere due to poor attention to staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio al cliente, quise comprar unos perfiles, había dos personas atendiendo a una pareja que al parecer solo iban a comprar una escalera pequeña, decidí retirarme después de más de 15 minutos de estar esperando sin que nadie me preguntara lo que yo necesitaba.
Terrible customer service, I wanted to buy some profiles, there were two people attending a couple who apparently were only going to buy a small staircase, I decided to leave after more than 15 minutes of waiting without anyone asking me what I needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención no hay comunicación entre los trabajadores y no entregan las cotizaciones, se pasan el tema de uno a otro y el señor Santos nada servicial y molesto con su trabajo al menos da una mala imagen para su empresa.
Terrible attention, there is no communication between the workers and they do not deliver the quotes, they pass the issue from one to another and Mr. Santos is not helpful and annoyed with his work, at least he gives a bad image to his company.
