★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace 12 años contratamos sus servicios. Nos dejaron plantados en 3 ocasiones para la instalación y nosotros con la urgencia de abrir nuestra oficina. Nos decidimos por Axtel. Desafortunadamente izzi compró a Axtel y ahora contratamos un servicio adicional y se repitió la historia. Hace dos días me dejaron plantado, nunca me notificaron que cambiaron el día de la instalación. Hoy llevo esperando más de 4 horas y el técnico no ha llegado. Se supone que estaría aquí entre 12 y 3pm. Son las 4:31pm y aún no llega el técnico…
17:05hrs. No llegó. Tercera cita, se repitió la historia. No llegó el técnico. ES MUY TRISTE QUE IZZI HAYA COMPRADO AXTEL. Izzi debería de aprender de Axtel, no solo en el servicio al cliente, también el vender con la verdad y el trato a sus empleados.
12 years ago we hired your services. They stood us up on 3 occasions for the installation and us with the urgency of opening our office. We decided on Axtel. Unfortunately izzi bought from Axtel and now we hired an additional service and history repeated itself. Two days ago they stood me up, they never notified me that they changed the day of installation. Today I have been waiting for more than 4 hours and the technician has not arrived. He was supposed to be here between 12 and 3pm. It is 4:31 pm and the technician has not yet arrived ...
17: 05hrs. It did not arrive. Third date, history repeated itself. The technician did not arrive. IT IS VERY SAD THAT IZZI PURCHASED AXTEL. Izzi should learn from Axtel, not only in customer service, but also in selling truthfully and treating its employees.
