We ordered to eat an Angus hamburger and a molcajete with aguachile, delicious food, very good service, after eating we walked through the facilities and captured very nice photos, It is an extraordinary place, Tadeo received us and gave us a tour on a train, we visited a large sculpture that simulates the treading of grapes, I am happy because on this occasion this day we observed two vineyards with the same characteristics of the plant, due to the season they are at rest with this dry appearance it seems that they are no longer going to bear fruit, we saw plants up to 26 years old with their wide trunks, innumerable amount of plants under irrigation that give a beautiful spectacle in addition to the fact that the sunset manifested itself with its reddish illumination, I was pleasantly surprised when Tadeo explained each process to us with such passion, it is clear that his interest in this activity and he commented that he would like to be trained at another level, mentioning even if it is from Somelier, it left me with my mouth open, I answered even if it was??? And he said yes because there are oenologists and agronomists wow, I liked his vision and his desire to learn more, in addition to the fact that he answered all the doubts we had and took very nice photographs of us.
