Lindo lugar, la atención no es tan buena, comercial, el vino que te dan de degustacion no es fresco ya es de botellas abiertas, no tienen un área especial para hacer la experiencia

Esta padre porque está en el mero centro de la ciudad de Zacatecas, lo malo es que no cuenta con estacionamiento propio y es bastante difícil encontrar donde poder estacionarte. Hay una placita en la parte de adentro, pero ahora por la pandemia está muy sola, pero aún con eso, algunos locales siguen abiertos.

Fuimos en diciembre y las uvas están en “reposo”, dicen que mayo y junio son buenas fechas para ir y ver todo verde, y en agosto cosechan. Rico vino y buena muy buena comida.

Teníamos nuestra reservación en un viñedo llamado "Tierra Adentro" y llegamos antes de nuestra cita que era a las 4:00pm, así que decidimos llegar primero al Restaurante del lugar que se llama Albuquerque, una estructura en forma de rectángulo que guarda en su interior entre cristales mesas, sillas y una decoración sutil, muy elegante para sus visitantes. Nos atendió Arturo, algo curioso que nos pasó fue que pedí mi mezcal como todos Ustedes saben, es la base de toda alimentación, ☺️?, sólo que cuando lo probé inmediatamente les dije, “Esto es Tequila” y que creen?? pues si, lleva el proceso del tequila pero como lo producen ahí y ese estado no tiene denominación de origen, no lo puedes vender como tequila, les dije oigan no tienen 400 conejos para ponerle a un preparado de margarita en lugar de tequila y me dicen , si pero le va a saber diferente ? ??, dije si, no importa y si me supo cómo me gusta ?. Pedimos de comer una hamburguesa Angus y un molcajete con aguachile, deliciosa comida, servicio muy bueno, después de comer caminamos por las instalaciones y capturamos fotos muy lindas, Es un extraordinario lugar, nos recibió Tadeo y nos dió un recorrido en un tren, visitamos una gran escultura que simula la pisa de uvas, estoy contenta porque está ocasión este día observamos dos viñedos con las mismas características de la planta, por la temporada se encuentran en reposo con esta apariencia de seca pareciera que ya no van a dar fruto , vimos plantas hasta de 26 años con sus troncos anchos, innumerable cantidad plantas en riego que dan un espectáculo hermoso además de que el atardecer se manifestaba con su iluminación rojiza, Quedé gratamente sorprendida cuando Tadeo nos explicaba con tanta pasión cada proceso, se nota que su interés por esta actividad y comento que le gustaría capacitarse a otro nivel mencionando aunque sea de Somelier me dejó con la boca abierta, le contesté aunque sea ??? Y me dijo sí porque pues hay enólogos y agrónomos wow, me gustó su visión y sus ganas de aprender más, además de que nos contestó todas las dudas que teníamos y nos tomo fotografías muy bonitas. Visitamos el primer y único museo del barril en México que tiene piezas hermosas intervenidas por artistas locales, aquí pasamos un buen tiempo, después teníamos la cata de vinos, daban opción a tres vinos diferentes, les recomiendo la experiencia, todo divino, el sabor de los vinos para mí gusto ligeros y un poco altos en avidez, todo es cuestión de cada paladar, por eso los invito a escribir su propia historia, hasta la próxima y buen viaje ?

We ordered to eat an Angus hamburger and a molcajete with aguachile, delicious food, very good service, after eating we walked through the facilities and captured very nice photos, It is an extraordinary place, Tadeo received us and gave us a tour on a train, we visited a large sculpture that simulates the treading of grapes, I am happy because on this occasion this day we observed two vineyards with the same characteristics of the plant, due to the season they are at rest with this dry appearance it seems that they are no longer going to bear fruit, we saw plants up to 26 years old with their wide trunks, innumerable amount of plants under irrigation that give a beautiful spectacle in addition to the fact that the sunset manifested itself with its reddish illumination, I was pleasantly surprised when Tadeo explained each process to us with such passion, it is clear that his interest in this activity and he commented that he would like to be trained at another level, mentioning even if it is from Somelier, it left me with my mouth open, I answered even if it was??? And he said yes because there are oenologists and agronomists wow, I liked his vision and his desire to learn more, in addition to the fact that he answered all the doubts we had and took very nice photographs of us. We visited the first and only barrel museum in Mexico that has beautiful pieces intervened by local artists, we spent a good time here, then we had the wine tasting, they gave the option of three different wines, I recommend the experience, all divine, the taste of the wines for me taste light and a little high in avidity, everything is a matter of each palate, that's why I invite you to write your own story, until next time and have a good trip ?
